I’m Ninos Ibraham a 31-year old, certified Lagree Fitness trainer. I know what it’s like to struggle with weight issues, set ambitious fitness goals, reach them and finally maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Almost ten years ago, I was twice the man I am today – and that was NOT a good thing! I weighed in at a massive 370 pounds! I was pre-diabetic and had high blood pressure. I was, without a doubt, on the way to catastrophe. I made the necessary, yet difficult decision to make major changes in my lifestyle. It took me nine months to lose an entire person – I lost 200 pounds! It was not easy. I know firsthand wellness is never a magic pill that can be prescribed. Good health comes from the day-to day decisions we all choose to make.
Lagree Fitness is part of the decision to do something good for ourselves – to make the investment in our bodies for our short and long term fitness and health goals.

I’ve been a vegan, plant-based nutrition and wellness advocate for the last decade.
I immersed myself in the culture of northeastern China in 2004 to explore the roots of martial arts, learn Mandarin and teach English as a Second Language. During my stay in China, I unlocked my own desire for health and well being. I studied martial arts too, including Qigong and Kung Fu.
I also have experience as a successful sales consultant with a variety of corporate companies. I admit the corporate world left a void that only the satisfaction of training and coaching can fill.
I take great pride in helping people transform their own bodies and lives with dramatic, healthy results.
