Celebrating 4 Years of Strength at Studio PhysiqueWe officially landed on the St. Pete Fitness scene when we opened the doors to Studio Physique June 8th, 2015. It was quite a Monday! The 1st class I taught at 9:30 that morning, I remember seeing white cottony material on the bottom of everyone's brand new grip socks as they moved into "Mega Donkey Kicks". I was trying to teach a brand new move to all first-timers while picking mysterious lint off their feet without them noticing. I swear the place was
